Terms of service
These terms describe use of the Baaito workspace. A separately agreed enterprise contract, order or data-processing agreement may set additional or overriding conditions.
Access and accounts
Baaito uses invitation-based access. Your organisation or a platform administrator issues invitations and assigns roles. Keep account credentials private, use only your authorised account, and tell your administrator if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your organisation’s content
Your organisation retains its rights in the documents, sources and custom material it provides. You must have permission to submit that material and to share it with the configured services. Baaito’s catalog, prompt framework and methodology material remain subject to their applicable licence and ownership rights.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content, expose another person’s confidential information without permission, bypass access restrictions, attempt to access another organisation’s information, or interfere with the service. Integrations must be used only within the permissions granted by your organisation.
AI-generated documents
Generated documents are assistive output, not a guarantee of accuracy, completeness or legal compliance. Check facts, assumptions, source references and suitability before relying on or distributing a document. Your organisation remains responsible for its review and approval decisions.
External services and voice
AI models, speech services and connectors may have their own terms, limits and privacy practices. Their availability depends on your organisation’s configuration and browser support. An integration does not grant you permissions you do not otherwise hold.
Availability and deployment
Baaito Cloud, planned Microsoft 365 Copilot integration and planned Private Azure deployment are not interchangeable promises of availability. Available functionality is the functionality enabled for your organisation. Maintenance, service interruptions and changes may occur; service commitments and support arrangements must be agreed separately.
Suspension and termination
Access may end when an invitation expires, membership is removed or suspended, or the organisation’s access is disabled. Organisation content is handled under the applicable agreement and workspace controls. Arrange any required exports and retention with your administrator before access ends.
Contracts and questions
Prices, payment obligations, service levels, liability, governing law and commercial cancellation terms are not established by this summary; they must be set in the applicable agreement. Use the contact form below for questions about Baaito access or enterprise terms.
